They do make harmonica tab music (basically a melody line with up and down arrows to signify blowing in or out). If you don't need harmonica tab, any melody line written for C instruments will work. For a large selection see:

Tough one, because most harmonica players buy a harmonica, throw away the instructions, and just start playing. I am not sure if they even have a harmonica notation system. I would get a fake book or a song book with songs in the key of the harmonica and use that. When you come to a tonic or dominant chord, blow or draw through more than one hole.
(if the harmonica is in C, then the C chord is tonic and you blow, and the G7 chord is dominant, and you draw in air).
